The website, articles, calculators, scorecards, and analysis tools provide general business and marketing information. Outputs depend on the numbers, files, thresholds, and assumptions you provide. They are planning aids, not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice and not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, leads, bookings, revenue, or profit.
Website descriptions explain the general kinds of work Your Marketing Pro may offer. A service relationship begins only through a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, ownership, and any project-specific terms. Information on this website does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or client relationship.
You are responsible for checking inputs, reviewing recommendations, protecting account access, keeping appropriate backups, and deciding whether a marketing action fits the business. Advertising platforms, search systems, competitors, customer demand, and market conditions can change without notice.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, upload malicious content, submit unlawful material, or use automated requests in a way that degrades the experience for others. Uploaded CSV tools are intended for data you own or are authorized to review.
The original website design, writing, tool interfaces, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the free tools and print or save your own results for internal business planning. Republishing substantial website content or presenting a tool as your own requires written permission.
